We live in a world of constant change: regulations are updated, technology advances, and best practices evolve.  The APIC Text Online is a dynamic resource that will be regularly updated to reflect the most current information in the world of infection prevention and control.  To keep you informed of these changes, we will post all major updates on this page. We will also inform you of site improvements and new functionalities as they are developed and released.

New features available:

  • Longer Session Time:  Did your session time out while you were still reading? Now you can remain logged in to the APIC Text site for up to 60 minutes. 
    Return to Last Page: The APIC Text Online site now remembers which section or chapter you were viewing last if your session expires or you accidentally close your browser.
    Full Chapter View and print option:  Need to read or print the whole chapter? You now have the option to view and print chapters in their entirety. 
    Improved navigation between chapter sections: If you prefer to read chapters by section, you can now jump from one chapter section to the next more easily with “Previous” and “Next” buttons on every page.
